Looking back at 2023, it was impossible to escape the constant buzz surrounding cybersecurity incidents in the market. As we step into the second half of Zscaler’s fiscal year, we’re proud to showcase to partners the army of new opportunities we’ve designed to grow their business, maximize earnings, and elevate their skills. This includes a revamped incentive structure and new selling motions that empower partners with more collaborative selling opportunities throughout the sales cycle to deliver the greatest customer experience in their journey to digital transformation.

You’ve probably heard me say it before, zero trust is a team sport. In the 1H half of the year, we took on both an internal and external transformation to ensure that we have purposeful alignment, process, and engagement with our partners throughout the customer lifecycle. This means, from the earliest stages of our world-class sales process to the final delivery, our partners are integrated every step of the way, embedding their services and support to help our customers transition from legacy appliances to a true zero trust model.

Over the past six months, my team and I hit the road to listen to our partners and understand what they truly desire in a partnership. One thing stood out loud and clear: they want to work with vendors who offer the most comprehensive security platform and drive profitability. That's why we have enhanced our incentives framework and channel-led selling motion, offering larger payouts, increased discount advantages, and performance bonuses. We want our partners to earn more and thrive in the cloud security market, establishing themselves as trusted advisors. As the digital landscape continues to evolve, Zscaler remains dedicated to supporting partners in driving customer success and achieving mutual growth.
