Karen Blasing

Karen Blasing has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2017. Ms. Blasing served as the Chief Financial Officer of Guidewire Software, Inc. from 2009 to March 2015. Prior to 2009, Ms. Blasing served as the Chief Financial Officer for Force10 Networks, Inc. and as the Senior Vice President of Finance for salesforce.com. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for Nuance Communications, Inc. and Counterpane Internet Security, Inc. and held senior finance roles for Informix Corporation (now IBM Informix) and Oracle Corporation. She currently serves as a Director of Autodesk, Inc., a multinational software corporation, where she serves as a member of the audit committee, and previously served as a director of Ellie Mae, Inc. Ms. Blasing holds a BA in economics and business administration from the University of Montana and an MBA from the University of Washington.
