Channel Reinvented: Highlights from EMEA Partner Summit 2023

Fresh off of a flight and I’m excited to share with you some of the amazing highlights from the EMEA Partner Summit in Alicante, Spain, which took place on November 7-8. This year's summit was an incredible opportunity for us to connect with our partners from around the EMEA region, and gain valuable insights and feedback that will shape the future of our partnership.

Throughout the two-day summit, the Zscaler team warmly welcomed over 100 strategic partners to join us for an immersive experience that will for sure go down as one for the books. The summit showcased a range of new initiatives and innovations on the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange Platform, including cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, IT/OT. These advancements empower our partners to seize the latest opportunities in the industry and throughout the week we shared strategies around how to unlock new revenue streams, enhance services, and drive remarkable business growth.

Undoubtedly, one of the summit's highlights was the chance to shine a spotlight on leaders across every function of Zscaler, from Product Leadership to Solutions Consulting and Professional Services. These executives were present to demonstrate their unwavering support, engage with partners, and present the Zscaler roadmap. It was inspiring to see how partners are threaded through every aspect of our strategy, and how crucial your collaboration is in driving our mutual success.

The agenda was also jam-packed with sessions from my leadership team that explored our channel transformation journey and the current state of the channel. We had some amazing discussions with our EMEA sales leadership team on partnership enhancement, collaboration, and growth, and how we have aligned stronger internally to support our partners externally. It was truly inspiring to see how everyone came together in an environment of open dialogue and shared goals - and it was a great time for us to debut several of our new programs from our new partner rebates, spiffs and certification rewards program for sales engineers coming soon! Overall, it was an incredible experience that left us feeling energized and excited for what's to come.

In addition to the engaging sessions, we had a blast celebrating our shared success and giving well-deserved recognition to our incredible Channel and Ecosystem Partners - Great Gatsby style! These outstanding partners have truly gone above and beyond in their collaboration with us, and we couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional commitment and dedication.
