This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines acceptable uses of CXO Revolutionaries services and products (“Products”). It specifies activities that are prohibited as they may be illegal, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the normal use of the Products. Examples of these activities include:

1. Conduct and Information Restrictions

You must not use the Products to:

• Disseminate information that infringes on the intellectual property rights others and encourages conduct that is illegal.
• Create, share, or distribute material that violates copyright or proprietary rights without proper authorization.
• Send unsolicited messages commonly known as ‘spam’ or other forms of mass communication.
• Collect or attempt to collect personal data, such as email addresses or other identifiers, without consent.
• Use the Products for phishing, fraud, or other forms of identity manipulation.

2. Technical Restrictions

You are prohibited from:

• Accessing another user’s system, data, or network without authorization.
• Circumventing security measures, including authentication methods of network defenses.
• Using tools designed to compromise security, such as password guessers or keylogging software.
• Modifying or tampering with Products in ways that violate their intended use, including the use of unauthorized software or modifications.

3. Network and Usage Restrictions

The Products must not be used to:

• Spread harmful software, such as viruses or malware, that may disrupt services or damage networks.
• Interfere with the operation of our network or the networks of third parties.
• Conduct activities that degrade the performance of Products or infringe upon the rights of others to use them.

4. Event Registration and Form Submissions

Users may submit forms for event registration or inquiries. Any information provided must be accurate and lawful. Users agree not to submit false information or impersonate another individual or entity when submitting forms through CXO Revolutionaries website.

5. Downloading Content

Users may download content, such as PDFs, provided by CXO Revolutionaries website for informational purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use of such content is prohibited without previous explicit and written permission from CXO Revolutionaries. The content may not be altered, misrepresented, or repurposed in any manner that violates intellectual property rights.

CXO Revolutionaries reserves the right to inform its customers about any security concerns that may affect the use of its Products.
