Suvabrata (Suva) is a 25 year industry veteran and a CISO of a leading high-tech multinational. He has played leadership roles in Financial Services, Technology and High-tech manufacturing industries. Over the years, he has led strategies and operations in security operations, engineering, manufacturing resilience/ OT security, identity transformation, ransomware preparedness/response and insider threat management.

Lessons Learned
The biggest lesson I have learnt in my career is that digital transformation is above all, about people - ordinary users who just want to do their job in a friction-free and secure manner.
Consequently, the strategy, change-management, communications and dealing with people and their fears, insecurities and emotions becomes the critical factor, and the technology implementation, while important, proves to be the least complex part of this transition.
