Subramanya has over three decades of experience with business, information technology, cyber security, operations and leadership experience in business transformation.  With years of experience in the IT industry, including 25 years in the ITES – BPM/contact center sector and 10 years in System Integration Industry, Subramanya is a true intrapreneur with knowledge & experience on the latest trends and technology as an offering to the industry.

 

Subramanya served as the President & Global Chief Technology Officer of Sagilityhealth (formerly HGS Healthcare) from 2022 – 2024. Prior to that, he served as the Global Chief Technology Officer for Hinduja Global Solutions.  Subramanya is currently an advisor to numerous organization's on Cyber Security, Cloud, AI & Telephony/Telecom services for Contact Centres.

 

During his tenure as a seasoned executive, Subramanya focused on simplifying technology to align with business strategies, creating robust IT roadmaps and securing the global infrastructure with tools & technologies.  Subramanya brought his expertise into numerous organizational-wide initiatives including telecom/telephony/cloud repatriation/high end computing and infrastructure build-out for data & delivery centers across geographies. 

 

His strengths lie in creating direction in ambiguous environments, building systems and processes from scratch, forming and retaining high-performance teams, evolving, articulating, and implementing business strategies.
