Transformation Journey
Frank McAloon is the Vice President of Digital Workplace & Security Delivery at CVS Health Corporation, since May 2024. Most recently, he was the company’s VP of IT after a year as VP of Operations and Client Delivery. He started his career as Batch Analyst at Hewitt Associates and Aon plc, where he spent nearly two decades and has held various positions including, Global Engineering Solutions and Implementation Leader, Director of Technology Implementations and Manager of Technology Portfolio. McAloon earned a BA in Communications from Illinois State University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
